Celebrating the unofficial day of Star Wars, we tried our hand at creating these origami Star Wars characters. From Obi-Wan Kenobi to Admiral Ackbar and Luke Skywalker, get into the festivities that is May The 4th.

These designs were from the popular children's book series The Strange Case of Origami Yoda by Tom Angleberger (available at your library). Each book contains folding instructions to different characters.

Want to give it a try? You don't need to have origami paper. Use regular white paper and get our your pens and pencil crayons.

Check out the instructions below!
