Accessibility and Accommodation Procedures

The Arts Council of Ladysmith and District (ACLD) is committed to offering meaningful access and services to make our organization and programs as accessible and barrier-free as possible. This procedure is developed in accordance with the ACLD Equity Policy.

Ladysmith Arts Volunteer Code of Conduct

The Arts Council of Ladysmith and District, also known as Ladysmith Arts or the Ladysmith Gallery, is
committed to ensuring that all our cherished volunteers—who so very generously
share their valuable time with us—can perform their work in an enjoyable and stress-free environment.
To this end, we most respectfully offer the following Code of Conduct Guidelines.

Art Course Participant Guidelines

This document outlines the guidelines for art course participants, including the refund policy.

Personal Information Protection Policy

The Personal Information Protection Policy outlines the principles and practices we will follow in protecting personal information. Our privacy commitment includes ensuring the accuracy, confidentiality, and security of our stakeholders’ personal information, and it allows those stakeholders to request access to, and correction of, their personal information.
