The Arts Council of Ladysmith and District believes that arts education can provide children and youth with an opportunity to celebrate creativity, improve confidence, and express themselves in a safe and encouraging environment. We offer classes throughout the year, employing local artists and educators, and we believe that cost should not be a barrier for anyone who wishes to participate.
