SUMMARY:Anime\, Manga and Stylized Illustration\, Ages 14-17
DESCRIPTION:Create Bold Characters and Develop Your Own Visual Style\n\n\n\nIn this illustration workshop\, participants will explore the foundations of anime and manga while developing original characters of their own. Through guided exercises\, they will experiment with facial features\, expressions\, hairstyles\, costumes\, proportions\, and dynamic poses to understand how visual choices shape personality and mood. \n\n\n\nParticipants will also look at how line\, silhouette\, gesture\, and design language create a strong and recognizable style. Rather than simply copying existing characters\, they will remix what they learn into new ideas\, refine their designs\, and begin building a personal visual voice. \n\n\n\nMaterials\n\n\n\nAll materials will be provided. Participants will work with: Graphite pencils and erasers\, black drawing pens\, coloured pencils and markers\, sketch paper\, heavier drawing paper for finished illustrations.
