By submitting this form you are agreeing to all the terms and conditions stated above. IMPORTANT: We will be using direct deposit to your account when you sell artwork. Please furnish us with a void cheque to facilitate this when your bringing in your artwork for the show.

Please wait and do not click again or leave the page until you get a "Thanks for your submission!" message. Also you will get an email about your submission.
